Shipping Solar Panels:
Even for experienced freight partners, shipping solar panels can pose challenges due to their weight and fragility. However, at Canadian Off-Grid Solar Inc, we are committed to delivering your solar panels safely across Canada through our selected Pallet Shipping service.
Pallets for Protection:
Pallets play a crucial role in safeguarding your solar panels during freight shipping. While various pallet sizes are available, we typically use the 40 X 48 pallet for most shipments, and for larger-sized panels, we utilize pallets up to 96 x 48". Before dispatch, we securely fasten and balance your solar panels on the pallet using two popular methods: strapping and shrink wrapping. Crush cones may also be used to instruct carriers not to stack additional items on top of your fragile shipment. Full crates of panels will be shipped as packaged by manufacturer, ensuring the utmost protection throughout the transportation process.

When purchasing solar panels, you can obtain instant pallet shipping rates at checkout through our specially selected freight provider.

Returns
We accept most unused and unopened merchandise for return within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our team at canadianoffgridsolar@outlook.com. Once approved, return the complete product(s) in its original packaging, accompanied by the proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and is subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Warranty Policy
All merchandise is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and will be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer’s directions. Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please email canadianoffgridsolar@outlook.com as soon as possible. Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund, including the original shipping cost. If the order has already shipped, the customer is subject to the return policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Refunds are processed through the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at canadianoffgridsolar@outlook.com.
